Why I Don’t Do Things Like Other Agents

Before estate agency, I served in the Parachute Regiment.

That environment teaches you quickly—standards matter, accountability matters, and results matter. There’s no hiding behind excuses.

​When I moved into property, what stood out immediately was how different the standards were.

Overvaluing to win instructions.
Blaming the market when things didn’t sell.
Hiding behind long contracts while sellers carried all the risk.

That didn’t sit right with me.

So I built my approach around one thing—doing the job properly.

Positioning homes correctly.
