One standout example of their responsiveness involved a client whose boardroom AV system failed just days before a crucial meeting. Design Integration rallied suppliers and engineers to deliver a fully functioning solution within 72 hours. Such stories underscore the company’s commitment to exceeding client expectations, even under tight deadlines.

For Jamie, the passion for the job stems not only from technical challenges but also from the relationships built along the way. “Our industry is small,” he reflected. “Everyone knows each other, and those connections are key to delivering seamless projects.”
